Course Outline: ‘A New Media Product’ is a dynamic experience that allows students to investigate a context that interests them before they develop a brief, begin researching and then developing concepts to create their outcome. A link has been established with a production house (Tandem Studio) for those wishing to study film, where students will be given the opportunity to work with their staff (practicing technologists) in the field of Media. This course gives students the flexibility to pursue product design, digital design or digital media avenue depending on their interests. A number of technologists, from a wide range of industries, are invited to talk to students or visited throughout the year to enable students to see the links between their practice and the outside world.

Assessment: Components of this course will be selected from the following standards to suit individual learning needs.  Technology Scholarship is also offered.
